Frenship Employee Emergency Relief Fund
Aiding Employees in Times of Need
The FEERF fund is under the Frenship Foundation, but handled through our district. Our employees can choose to give to this fund each month and these monies are given back to employees when there is a need. This is an opportunity to help our Frenship family in time of need. We all understand that sometimes bad things happen to good people. Our district feels very fortunate to have this fund and are very diligent in providing money in time of need.
We currently have 530 employees that participate in FEERF. And each month they give $2272.50. So for a 12 month period that would be $27,270.00. It takes everyone helping everyone and this is a true picture of the Frenship Way of doing things!
